Confirm a court date or disposition with the New York court, a custody status with NYC Department of Correction or DOCCS, a personal state history with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, and a registry entry with the New York State Sex Offender Registry. Only the issuing office can supply an official or certified copy.
